Business problem

Founders and sales teams were doing the first pass of research and outreach by hand, crawl a site, guess the ICP, find companies, write emails, without a single system that also enforced quotas and unsubscribe.

What needed to happen

Named CodeForge product. Staging environment only. Not launched and not presented as a live public product.

What I built

A user pastes a product URL. The system crawls that site, writes an ICP, searches and scores companies, discovers contacts, and sends sequences through organisation-owned Gmail, SES, or Microsoft Graph identities. Billing quotas, CAN-SPAM / unsubscribe, and suppression lists sit on that path.

How it works

A staging platform that covers outreach, contacts, campaigns, accounts, and background jobs. Status: in active development / staging, no public launch claim.

Technical detail

  • FastAPI backend with organisation tenancy and scoped APIs
  • Celery workers and beat for prospecting, send, and retention jobs
  • PostgreSQL and Redis; Supabase Auth; Stripe plans and quotas
  • LLM used at bounded steps (ICP, keywords, page facts, contacts, optional copy). Fit score is a deterministic 4-factor model
  • Sending identities: Gmail, Amazon SES, and Microsoft Graph

What shipped

  • Product ingest and ICP
  • Prospecting scopes, company crawl, and fit scoring
  • Contact discovery and sequences
  • Inbox, clicks, and replies, not email opens
  • Org mailboxes, suppression, and unsubscribe

  • FastAPI
  • Celery
