Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing. Client confidential information will not be disclosed.
Third-Party Components
Projects may include third-party libraries, frameworks, and services. These remain subject to their respective licenses and terms of use.
5. Warranties and Limitations
Service Warranties
- Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care
- Code will be tested and functional at time of delivery
- We will use industry-standard security practices

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

7. Termination of Services
Termination by Client
- Projects may be terminated by either party with 7 days written notice
- Client remains responsible for payment of work completed to date
- Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless termination is due to our material breach
- Delivered code and documentation will be provided upon final payment
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:
- Client fails to make payments as agreed
- Client requests work that violates laws or our ethical standards
- Client consistently fails to provide necessary cooperation or information
- Client engages in abusive or unprofessional behavior
Effect of Termination
• All unpaid invoices become immediately due
• Work in progress will be delivered in current state
• Ongoing support and maintenance ends
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
8. Dispute Resolution
